Yoga therapy
Work with the body around one specific request: the back, the neck, coming back after a break or an injury — at a pace the body can hold.
In detail
A practice built for your body, not for a general plan
- Coming soon
- A conversation first
- Suits limitations
- Pace set by your state
Yoga therapy starts with the conversation rather than the pose: what is bothering you, what you have already tried, where the limits are and what must not be done. The practice is assembled out of that, so every exercise has a reason behind it rather than a place in a standard sequence.
It does not replace treatment and it is not a quick result. The work goes at a pace the body can hold and changes as it goes: what suited the first session can be too easy a month later, or the other way round.

Questions
What people ask most often
Can I come to a one-to-one session instead of a group?
Yes. The individual format exists both in the physical practice and in the work with your question. Whatever happens there stays between you and the practitioner.
Do I need to be flexible or fit?
No special preparation is needed. The practice starts from where you are today, and you move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
How do I book?
