Can I come to a one-to-one session instead of a group?
Yes. The individual format exists both in the physical practice and in the work with your question. Whatever happens there stays between you and the practitioner.
How do I book?
Press Book a session on the practice's page and leave your contact: we will get back to you within the day and find a practitioner and a time that suits you. You can also write to us directly on Telegram or at [email protected].
I have never done anything like this. Where do I start?
With a first session: tell us what you came with, and the practitioner will suggest a format and a pace. No preparation is needed.
